Writer/Director/Producer Sue Zarco Kramer is a graduate of UCLA Film School. She graduated, winning the coveted Jim Morrison Award for Outstanding Direction and Writing. In 2023, Sue wrote and directed the "SWIPE NYC" starring Lisa Eldelstein, Richard Schiff and Bridget Moynahan. The dramedy is set in Kramer's hometown of Brooklyn, follows the life of a recent divorcee who forces herself to jump into world of online dating. It examines mid-life NYC "single-dom" through a unique yet globally relatable lens. Premiering in April 2023, Swipe NYC has been sweeping the film festival circuit. Kramer has written for almost every studio and made her feature directorial debut with her original feature, "Gray Matters" which pays homage to 1940's screwball comedies with one, big, bang of a modern twist. The Hollywood reporter wrote "The movie opens with a rhapsodic and perfectly executed ballroom dance sequence, which harks back to the high spirits of Astaire & Rogers." Alexander Payne executive produced with El Camino Pictures/Bob Yari Film Group financing the film. Heather Graham, Tom Cavanagh, Alan Cumming, Sissy Spacek, Bridget Moynahan, and Molly Shannon starred in the romantic comedy about a brother and a sister who fall in love with the same woman. "Gray Matters" not only closed the 2007 Santa Barbara Film Festival but was chosen as the Spotlight Film of The Hamptons Film Festival. "Gray Matters" has remained on the top 25 Netflix list of "gay and lesbians hits" of all time. Sue Zarco Kramer will be exclusively screening her award-winning short film Swipe NYC for Steelpoint/Susan Vanech Properties/Coastal Compass VIP guests. Each Screening will be followed with a focused talk series.

Paolo Garella, CEO and Founder of Manifattura Automobili Torino Paolo Garella, Born 1959, is a mechanical engineer with a vast set of experiences in technological development and in automotive special projects, firstly as a manager, secondly as a consultant and later as an entrepreneur. He started his career as a Testing Engineer in Good Year, where he had the possibility to develop tires for some of the most extreme cars of the 80s. As test driver he developed his driving skills learning and cooperating with the top test driver and engineers of that time. This experience has created the base and the understanding of the design and development of Special Project and extreme vehicle performances. After a brief spell in a small Italian company developing race cars, prototypes and show cars, he joined Pininfarina Studi e Ricerche in 1992, where he became the responsible for prototype engineering and manufacturing. His activity became quickly focused on the production of one-off and limited series vehicle for private clients and on the development of show cars and research vehicle for Pininfarina. Under his supervision between ‘92 and ‘97, over 50 Special Cars were developed and delivered every single year, mostly for the Royal family of Brunei. All the special vehicle had specific body, chassis, powertrain, electronic features. The complexity and the quality of those cars are still a benchmark in the industry. Always under his direction and supervision the development and built of this kind of vehicle became a new, innovative, efficient process, moving from the old handmade, low-quality standard to high quality, innovative material and processes, reaching a final quality standard superior to the one of the production cars of that time. As Special Project manager Paolo was also involved in international consultancy activities the most remarkable of which was the design and the construction of an engineering centre in Portugal funded with the contribution of the European community. At the turn of the millennium, he was responsible for the reorganisation of the engineering activities of the Pininfarina group, joining the two engineering activities of Pininfarina Industrie and Studi e Ricerche. A task that allowed him to increase his competences in the process redesign and organization. Always in this period he covered the role of Project Manager for few major engineering production projects the would become cornerstone for PININFARINA. After this experience Paolo presented to Andrea Pininfarina the project of re-creating a dedicated division focused in delivering One-Off and few Off’s for private clients, going back to the origin and the roots of the company. With the qualification of Special Projects Manager, between 2002 and 2009 he sold, developed and managed directly some of the most iconic One-Off projects by Pininfarina (the 2006 Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina and the Ferrari 612 Kappa, the Rolls Royce Hyperion in 2008, and the New Stratos), as well he launched some important restoration activities on the Ferrari Dino Competizione and Lancia. In 2009 after 18 years, he left the PININFARINA group to become an Independent Consultant, Managing Projects like the P 4/5 Competizione, the MOMO Mirage and few important restoration, also he supported the BROSE group to set us his activity in Italy and helped in the reorganization of a restoration shop for a major Automotive collector (over 30 people). Finally in 2014 he funded Manifattura Automobili Torino. The work there started with the concept, the engineering and the construction of the SCG003C, the first complete new project of Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus. The SCG003Competizione raced for few years in the VLN Championship on the Nurburgring track and score the pole Position of the 24H of the N’Ring, a result that for many years was out of reach for no German OEM’s. Following a very successful race season, more and different client started to contact MAT for very different reasons and projects. First the development of the Apollo Intensa Emozione, then the start of production of the New Stratos and finally the development and production of the Aspark OWL, a full electric Hyper-car capable to reach 100Km/h in less than 2 sec. Today MAT is a world re-known One Stop Shop for client that want to conceive, design and develop their own new cars, and a powerful accelerator offering streamline solution for a demanding and constantly evolving Automotive Industry.
